SSG Offshore s.a.l has been operating in Iraq since 2001 under SIMA International where it has been instrumental in the Rebuild Iraq Program funded and managed by the U.S. Coalition Forces since 2003. SIMA International has been awarded over $300 Million in contracts by the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Military Units and Agencies, and NATO Forces.

A. CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION SERVICES:
SSG Offshore s.a.l has executed projects in road and highway construction (gravel and asphalt), design/build of commercial and residential buildings, barracks, airports, shopping malls, complexes, hospitals, school renovations and support facilities, steel structures, among others.
Since our company is dedicated to rebuilding the relationships between governments and the people they serve, we also take it upon ourselves to train the limited skilled local national labor force of the countries in which we operate.

Human Resources: The human resources department is empowered to handle capable and wide distribution of contractual affairs.
Headquarter Office Support: The Headquarter Office in Lebanon supports all Administrative, Management, Engineering Services, and Procurement of contracts for Iraq, Afghanistan and Lebanon. As a result, our Procurement Department has developed a first class supply chain enabling immediate and secured shipments of goods from around the world.
Project Mobilization: Site mobilization plan for new projects can take 5 to 15 days to furnish and transport on site: facilities, machinery, tools, equipment and the necessary staff, depending on the country.
Engineering Department: SSG Offshore s.a.l’s dedicated Engineering Staff in Lebanon and on site (Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Design, and Mechanical Engineers and draftsmen) will handle all engineering and managerial support of projects with regards to design, shop drawings, project management, and technical submittals.
Planning Construction Schedules: Planning of the project’s completion time schedule takes into consideration the material to be purchased and dispatched in short time according to the project special conditions. During this time, the engineers will attend site surveys and collect data to set up the calculations and drawings for each milestone task operation.
